Job Title: Senior Estimator — Lead Tenders
About the Role
* This is a challenging and rewarding position for an experienced estimator who can lead project bids, assess client expectations, and prepare tender submissions.
About You
* You have a strong background in estimating software proficiency, preferably with experience working on projects of similar scale. Your tertiary qualifications are also highly valued.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Mainly managing project tenders, you will assess requirements thoroughly to identify key areas to focus on during your estimate preparation process. Additionally identifying any discrepancies that may arise from submitting differing estimates of quantities across various trades involved within each specific job being worked upon at present.
We also require successful candidates possessing excellent interpersonal skills as partway through assessing information provided we encourage inputting valuable feedback back into our company systems ensuring all stakeholders remain satisfied throughout this long-term endeavor!
