Civil Infrastructure Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing road safety and infrastructure development on the Bruce Highway.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving crash severity and frequency, focusing on reducing accidents along the highway.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve program objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups.

The Australian government has committed significant resources to the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program, marking a major investment in the highway. This initiative aims to improve safety outcomes by 2030, through measures such as wide centre line treatments, audio tactile line marking, intersection upgrades, rest areas, pavement strengthening, overtaking lanes, and upgrades to narrow structures.
