Nubco is on the lookout for a motivated, customer-focused Field Sales Representative to join our Mornington team. If you enjoy building relationships, being on the road, and helping customers find the right solutions, this is a great opportunity to join a strong Tasmanian business that genuinely invests in its people.
You’ll manage an established customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales across trade, industrial, and commercial customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on customer interaction, and wants to build a long-term sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and growing an existing customer base
* Developing new business through targeted prospecting and cold calling
* Delivering GREAT customer service and technical product support
* Preparing quotes and providing tailored solutions to customer needs
* Maintaining a structured call cycle and sales pipeline
* Working closely with branch teams to coordinate orders and deliveries
* Promoting new products and identifying upsell opportunities
* Contributing to sales initiatives, promotions, and team targets
What We’re Looking For
* Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Well organised with strong time management
* A proactive approach to generating new business
* Safety-first mindset and professional presentation
* Industry experience in trade, industrial, or hardware (desirable, not essential)
