This is a recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time appointments. Peel Health Campus (PHC) is a general hospital located in Mandurah (75 km south of Perth). We are seeking a Staff Engagement and Wellness Coordinator to support PHC in ongoing clinical, culture and corporate reform, embedding a patient focused, engaged and performance driven culture. The role leads, develops, implements and evaluates activities related to effective staff engagement. 
Responsibilities 
- Support Peel Health Campus in ongoing clinical, culture and corporate reform 
- Embed and enhance a patient focused, engaged and performance driven culture 
- Lead, develop, implement and evaluate staff engagement activities 
- Contribute to the organisation-wide recruitment and employment priorities aligned with SMHS values 
Qualifications and Experience 
- Relevant qualifications and experience in staff engagement, wellbeing or related field 
- Ability to lead and evaluate engagement activities 
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Eligibility 
To be eligible for appointment: a valid working visa for fixed term appointments, or Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia for permanent appointments.
