**Job Description:** We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Outdoor Education Assistant. This role will involve guiding, mentoring, and providing support and leadership to students participating in the Zero Journey.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in outdoor education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Guide and support students participating in the Zero Journey
* Foster a team culture of support and development within the program
* Ensure clear communication between teachers, mentors, and program assistants
* Support the teacher and mentor while on the Zero Journey to ensure a safe and efficient program
Requirements:
* Recognised outdoor education qualifications or equivalent experience
* Current manual driver's license
* A passion for sustainable practices and conservation
* Proactive team player with attention to detail
* Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
* Excellent communication skills
