About the Role:
As a key player, you will be responsible for managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic visit plan for the region, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Forecast market potential, both short-term and long-term, within the region, utilizing data analysis and industry insights.
* Create action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, leveraging your understanding of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
* Build strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in selling industrial V Belt and fluid power products, with a strong track record of success.
* Influence and cultivate high-level relationships, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
* Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
