Growth Marketing Lead
The RoleAs our Paid Search & Affiliates Leader, you'll oversee the entire performance lifecycle across Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks.
You will manage end-to-end performance with the support of a Digital Marketing Coordinator, deliver full-funnel campaigns, optimize feeds, and drive measurable results across revenue, ROAS, and CPA.
You will also build strong partnerships with Google, Awin, and Commission Factory to ensure this thriving global ecommerce business stays at the forefront of digital performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Paid Search & Affiliates performance strategy
* Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns aligned to product releases and business KPIs
* Deliver weekly reporting, data analysis, and actionable insights
* Partner with tech teams and external platforms to enhance feeds and visibility
* Mentor and manage junior team members for effective channel execution
* Explore new affiliate opportunities, negotiate rates, and expand global partnerships
About You
We are looking for a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
You will bring hands-on Paid Search experience, experience within an ecommerce business, strong analytical skills, and a genuine passion for performance marketing.
* Proven experience in Paid Search & Affiliate marketing
* Expertise in Shopping campaigns, feed optimization, and reporting
* Strong data analysis and insight generation skills
* Ecommerce background is a must (Shopify experience highly regarded)
* A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills
