Care Leader Opportunity
This is a full-time position for a care leader to lead and manage a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
* Competitive hourly rate: $52-55 + Super (based on experience)
* Develop high-quality care plans, deliver best practice care and provide leadership to nurses and support staff
* Manage complex needs, wound care, dementia and palliative care with clinical expertise and compassion
* Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals and allied health teams for holistic care and support
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent required, plus 3 years' experience in aged care
* Strong clinical judgment, assessment and problem-solving skills are essential for this role
