We produce 70–100 new ad creatives per week internally and spend hundreds of thousands across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels. Our next evolution is to bring paid media in-house, whilst expanding internationally and we’re looking for someone exceptional to take the reins.
The MissionLead and own Front Runner’s paid performance marketing, from strategy through execution, with one clear objective: profitable scaling while acquiring new customers.You’ll manage our multi-channel performance ecosystem, optimising existing structures and accelerating growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms, while tightly aligning with our in-house creative and leadership teams.
What You’ll DoThis is a hands on role. Strategy is incredibly important but you will be doing the work and must demonstrate to us that you are capable of doing so. This is an obsession for us and we all work very hard.Own and manage all paid performance channels — Meta, TikTok, YouTube, PinterestPlan, execute, optimise, and scale — maintaining strong ROAS and healthy CACTest and iterate creative and audience combinations, using existing production assets and new ideas you help generateLead performance insights — report weekly on what’s working, what’s not, and where to double downCollaborate with the content and creative team to brief, refine, and scale winning adsSupport international expansion — test audiences and roll out campaigns in new markets using existing creative frameworksMaintain account hygiene and data integrity — pixels, events, attribution, and budget pacingCollaborate with external partners (freelancers, platforms, or tech vendors) when requiredProvide creative and copy feedback loops — turn numbers into ideas that drive new conceptsKeep campaigns performing around the clock — monitor pacing and performance with weekend vigilance when needed
What You’ll Bring4+ years in paid social / performance marketing, ideally at high-growth DTC brandsDeep experience with Meta Ads (>$100k/month budgets), plus TikTok and YouTubeProven ability to maintain and scale high ROAS campaigns through creative and targeting excellenceStrong analytical mindset — data-driven, structured, and strategicExperience briefing creatives and understanding visual storytelling in adsFamiliarity with Shopify, GA4, and tracking platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)A blend of strategic discipline and tactical hunger — equally comfortable in the weeds and at the whiteboardAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment that rewards initiative and accountabilityWillingness to be hands-on, proactive, and available when campaigns require attention (weekends included)
