**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for an experienced and results focused Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team at our Global Support Centre on a 3 month contract (Part Time - 3 days per week). You will enable our vision by delivering accurate and efficient processing and payments for all our creditor invoices. We will look to you to provide a high level of quality and reliable accounts payable services to all our creditors, Head Office Staff and stores, in a timely and customer focused way. We will require you to maintain exceptional organisational and time management standards to ensure we are actively handling the high volume of invoices that are received. If you are someone who is numbers obsessed and are passionate about delivering financial services to others, then this could be your new role.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Finance, Accounting
- Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
- Great understanding of general ledger and accounting processes
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of Great Plains Accounting Package would be an advantage
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential
