Overview
Job: Permanent Part-Time Bar Supervisor. Coraki Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest for the above position. The position will be for 68 hrs per fortnight and is subject to the appropriate award wages.
Qualifications
* Applicants must be available Saturdays and some Sundays and have a flexible approach to their working hours.
* Applicants must have a friendly outgoing manner to fit in the club's motto "The Friendly Club".
* Applicants must hold a current RSA and RCG qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Undertake all aspects of drink service for tap and bottled beer, soft drinks and water and cellar duties.
* Clean and maintain the bar and table area, gaming room, function area and ensure the Club and restrooms are clean and stocked with adequate soap and sanitising liquid.
* Undertake cash eftpos transactions, banking and balancing.
* Collecting and washing glasses.
* Supervising sign-in procedures for members and visitors.
* Maintaining compliance with liquor and gambling regulations, workplace health and safety laws.
* Working with senior Club Directors and other Bar Staff including volunteers and the ability to set up rosters.
* Knowledge of Golf Club Operations or the willingness to learn and be comfortable with the Golf Club's IT systems.
* Ability to manage stock and the ordering of supplies as seen fit.
