We are currently seeking a motivated and capable Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in the Geelong region.
About the Role
This is a hands-on and varied role supporting our operational and project teams. You will be a key contributor in keeping our administrative and finance support functions running smoothly and professionally.
The role is part-time (up to 20 hours per week initially) and offers flexibility for candidates seeking work that can be performed remotely. We welcome applicants who are looking for hours that align with school-day availability. Flexible working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate, noting that work requirements will still need to be met.
This role reports to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing multiple shared email inboxes with professionalism and efficiency
2. Providing general administrative and clerical support to internal departments
3. Preparing, formatting, and editing documents such as reports, emails, and spreadsheets
4. Updating and maintaining database records with accuracy
5. Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as required
6. Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling
