Description :Village Support Manager Havas is on the hunt for a Village Support Manager to run our Sydney Village!The Havas Village houses various agencies, from advertising, to media, PR, experiential and beyond. There's never a dull day in agency life, and you will be surrounded by a bunch of pretty bloody awesome people.TheVillage Support Manager role is key to helping create a positive, organised and tidy working environment for staff and a welcoming and thoughtful experience for new and existing clients. The role spans many touchpoints from how people are greeted when they arrive, to the emphasis we place on creating a space for great work to thrive and the responsibility we take for the team's wellbeing. You will ensure the whole office runs smoothly and is well presented and appointed.The person in this role must be personable and proficient, resourceful, and knowledgeable and able to build solid relationships with the entire Village & external partners and suppliers.Some responsibilities of the role include: • Manage the client and staff experience, from welcoming arrivals to meeting room set-up and catering.• Oversee cleanliness through managing cleaners and ensuring the office is well presented.• Monitor and maintain/enhance reception displays and installations.• Facilitate internal communication on cleanliness andencourage the team to actively care for the work environment• Assist in boardroom meeting management and maintain presentable communal areas.• Address staff inquiries and direct them to the relevant individuals for assistance.• Ensure the office is well-stocked with appropriate equipment and facilities.• Assist the village 'social' committee in coordinating a diverse range of events, including Company Meetings, Group Showcases, village gatherings, Client Events, and various social calendar events.• Manage budgeted orders for supplies, overseeing stock, unpacking deliveries, and restocking to support the team and visiting clients.• Track and report on costs related to the office environment & building servicesPlease get in touch with us – we'd love to hear from you!Work with usThe pride we have in our work goes hand in hand with a culture that's passionate, vibrant and bloody good fun.At Havas, one of our core beliefs is to Never Be Normal.
