The role of a Marketing Strategist is to drive sales and growth through the creation and implementation of effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse consumer patterns and preferences using available data.
2. Monitor and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion metrics to continuously refine business strategy.
3. Collaborate with sales to support lead generation and nurture campaigns.
4. Plan and implement new tools or platforms to improve marketing efficiency.
5. Design and implement effective market strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
6. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to optimise marketing efforts.
7. Support business growth through targeted lead generation.
8. Conduct performance analysis and prepare marketing reports using campaign data, web analytics, and audience insights.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A professional qualification at a Degree level in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
2. At least 2 - 3 years' related work experience in marketing.
3. Experience in strategic and performance management.
4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Proven ability to manage, lead and coordinate team members.
6. Strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills.
