About the role
Oakdene has been appointed by the DfE as a RISE Reception Lead Network School. We are looking for a highly skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Reception Teacher to create a positive learning environment which enables all children to thrive, both academically and pastorally. The successful candidate will demonstrate sustained strong early years pedagogical practices including evidence of impact and sustained improvement. Applicants should embody a strong collaborative ethos, inspire others to take action and ensure equity and inclusion.
