Contracts Administrator (6 month contract) – located in Sydney, working with a high-profile local government department to deliver capital projects for the community.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer service, handling phone and email enquiries promptly.
Resolve complaints efficiently, gathering accurate information and addressing issues swiftly.
Attend on-site meetings with building managers as needed.
Complete regular, process-driven tasks with precision and consistency within weekly workflows.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with contractors and internal teams to support effective service delivery.
Qualifications
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong collaboration skills.
Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and willingness to learn new systems (e.g., Pathways, GeoCortex, OneCRM).
Interest in contract administration (advantageous but not required).
Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
