Trades Opportunities (Electricians, HVAC Technicians & Plumbers) Work available at RAAF Base Tindal, Katherine, N.T. Join a trusted Defence partner providing operational maintenance, repairs and services throughout Defence buildings, structures, and infrastructure. These are permanent full-time roles with competitive rates, allowances, plus a Vehicle - rates to be discussed on application. Available Roles: HV Electricians - Katherine (DIDO or on-site) Maintain, repair, and install High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems across Defence infrastructure. Diagnose faults, and work safely under the EU Supervisor. (Trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.) HVAC Technician - Katherine (DIDO or on-site) Maintain, service, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and temperature-controlled systems in Defence facilities. Install new systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure optimal system performance. (Cert III Air Con & Refrigeration) Plumbers - Katherine (DIDO or on-site) Inspect, maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures in Defence buildings. Respond to emergency situations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
