An exciting opportunity exists to work with Let Go BnB Management - we're dedicated to providing amazing short-term accommodation experiences for all types of travelers and we need YOU to help us fulfill the dream and deliver our cleaning standards to our amazing guests.
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing short-stay accommodation team in Stirling and surrounding Perth suburbs.
Our properties operate to hotel-level standards, and we are seeking people who take pride in delivering exceptional presentation and guest-ready homes.
You'll get all our support, training, industry-leading systems & processes to ensure your long-term success with us.
What we offer
Casual position with the opportunity to move to permanent after 3-6 months based on excellent performance maintaining a 4.8+ star review average
Competitive hourly pay + super + 99c per km travel allowance
Flexible working hours, generally 10am - 3pm

Responsibilities
* Conducting hotel standard check-out cleans when a short term rental guest vacates a property
* Reporting any maintenance/damage issues through our intuitive reporting software
* Vacate & spring cleans (when/if required)
* Ensure guest supplies & consumables are supplied and stocked, available at our warehouse
* Make up & style beds
* High attention to detail
* Linen, towels and consumables dropped off and picked up for you on-site
* No linen laundering – this is all done for you!
* You get to work with an AWESOME team (even if we say so ourselves!)
* You will have full support of a housekeeping supervisor that will be there to assist with any queries, induction, training, support etc.

* We have a local office based in Stirling and a warehouse located in Osborne Park for meetings, catch-ups, or training.
MUST HAVE Requirements
* Reliable and registered transport with a valid driver's license.
* Candidates must have Australian work rights.
* You will have good verbal & written English communication skills.
* Previous cleaning experience is highly desired, especially in the accommodation/hospitality sector.
* Minimum of 6-12 months cleaning experience is required.
* Strong attention to detail, reliable, punctual and responsible
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
* Ideally some availability to work weekends and peak periods if needed
* Occasional weekend availability is required for peak periods.
* Someone who takes pride in their work and understands that cleanliness directly impacts guest reviews and property performance.
* We are looking for candidates who are interested in a minimum commitment of 3–6 months. For the right person, there is an opportunity to move from a casual position to a permanent role based on strong performance.
