Then you sound like a Worldpayer.About the role:As a Reconciliation and Chargeback Analyst, you will play an integral role operating in the Claims and Chargeback unit and the Settlement and Reconciliation unit of the business. Your role will be pivotal to ensure all funds flows are concise, investigations and claims and chargebacks are carried out within our business guidelines and all reconciliations are finalised to meet our KPIs. You will be confident in dealing with customers and making decisions.What you’ll ownCollaborate with team members to manage daily processing on payment platforms, ensuring alignment with business KPIsReconcile bank statements and merchant settlements on a daily basisEnsure reconciliation batches and corresponding entries are processed accurately across all systemsExcellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfactionProcessing and reconciling Merchant/Payer disputes, posting chargeback credit card charges, bank account claims and maintaining documentation of claims and chargebacksIdentify, report, and investigate exceptions to ensure the integrity of our trust positionContinuously identify opportunities for process and operational improvements, driving initiatives through to completionRespond to processing-related inquiries in a timely mannerMaintain up-to-date procedures for daily processing, bank reconciliations, disputes, claims, chargebacks, and refundsFoster knowledge sharing and cross-training within the team, promoting effective collaboration and communicationAbility to maintain confidentialityOther related duties assigned as neededWhat you bringHigh level of attention to detailA high-level of experience in Microsoft Office suiteInquisitive with the ability to investigate complex financial queriesSkilled in analytical and statistical examinationExperience with financial functions e.g. Posting/adjusting financial ledgersKnowledge of the BECS rules and knowledge of specific country regulatory requirementsExperience working with card schemes and card acquirers directlyAble to work flexible hoursWork well under pressureAbility to produce management information reportsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamWhat makes a WorldpayerWhat makes a Worldpayer?
