ChoiceOne is a preferred supplier to multiple Local Government councils across Perth. We have a variety of temporary assignments both North and South of the river, including administration, customer service, planning, and community development roles.
Responsibilities
* Greet visitors at reception and manage incoming calls
* Prepare, organise, and store information in paper and digital formats
* Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and book rooms
* Arrange travel and accommodation
* Liaise with staff across all departments
* Take meeting minutes and prepare letters/reports
* Perform data entry and maintain office systems
* Coordinate post and deliveries
Skills & Experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High-level customer service skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Previous Local or State Government experience is highly desirable
