o SC2 - Experience in financial and accounting management in an accrual accounting environment including the preparation of budgets and annual financial reports as well as regular and meaningful financial reporting.
o SC3 - Proven ability to manage the financial resources of the organisation and implement strategies to improve financial performance, preferably in an educational setting.
o SC5 - Demonstrated high level strategic and analytical skills, with experience in shaping short and medium-term directions and determining focus areas for delivery while leading a high performing team.
