Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE
To support our continued growth Mort & Co Fertilisers is looking for anadditionalPlant Operator (Pad) to join our team.The key responsibilities of the role are:
Operatingplant including a loader, screener, watertruckand turnerto ensure efficient andaccuratemanure pad operations
Ensuring machinery is kept in clean and safe working order
Carrying out duties in a manner that prioritises own health and safety and that of others
Support with granulation factory operation asrequired
ABOUT YOU
The key criteria for the position are:
Experienceoperatingheavy plant and vehicles such as loader,watertrucks etc
A High RiskFortliftLicence is highly desirable but not essential
Demonstrated effective verbal communication
Ability to work cooperatively with the team to achieve requirements of the tasks and activitiesrequiredin day-to-day operations.
Demonstrated application of quality assurance andaccuraterecord keeping.
