Now based in Neutral Bay and operating out of our new commercial kitchen Pen Catering is looking to expand our team and achieve large growth.
**Role & Responsibilities**
The position focuses on consulting clients, advising them on event requirements, order quantities, processing and amending orders, while developing and strengthening new and existing client relationships.
As part of the position, you will be the key contact for some of our most valued clients, servicing their needs on a daily basis. You will work closely with the Customer Service & Sales Manager, Operations Manager and all staff to ensure that each catering job and event is completed and surpasses all client expectations
**Job Tasks**
- Processing catering and event bookings
- Assist clients with menu creation, order quantities, quotes and event planning
- Ensuring client data is up-to-date and relevant
- Ensuring each catering job and event is completed and surpasses client expectations
- Reconnecting with in-active clients on a monthly basis
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs are communicated to the team
- Ensuring KPI's are met
- Reporting directly to senior management
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, website management and communication directly to clients
- Assist with office administration when required
**Skills Required**:
- Will be results driven, customer focused and ambitious with a passion for high quality food and customer service
- Must have an excellent phone manner, communication and interpersonal skills that will be used to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships
- Must have strong account management and multitasking skills with the ability to interpret and act on client needs.
- Will work well within a team workplace
Pay: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
