* Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children with special dietary requirements and allergies, taking into consideration their individual needs and preferences.
* Collaborate with the Centre Director to source food supplies, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality and safety.
* Maintain a safe and hygienic storage, handling and preparation of food and drinks, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
