About the Role
You will work closely with project teams, ensuring smooth delivery across several commercial and civil projects.
The position involves coordinating with the in-house precast factory, supporting site teams, maintaining project schedules and budgets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in construction supervision or management
Ability to oversee multiple projects at once
A proactive, solutions-focused and entrepreneurial approach
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Practical understanding of construction processes (precast exposure beneficial but not essential)
