You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence strategy, and help drive performance across a fast-moving business.
Job Description
You'll play a key role in delivering commercial insights, improving reporting capability, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
* Deliver sharp, data-backed financial reports that drive smart business decisions
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities
* Analyse revenue performance, track trends, and identify key risks and opportunities early
* Turn financial data into actionable insights that improve business outcomes
* Partner with operational leaders and key stakeholders to provide commercial guidance
* Build dashboards and improve reporting processes using Power Query
* Support monthly and quarterly reporting that informs leadership strategy
* Ensure reporting aligns with accounting standards and internal policies
* Contribute to high-impact projects and business improvement initiatives
* Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capability
The Successful Applicant
You'll ideally have:
* Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm experience (highly regarded)
* Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, revenue analysis, or business partnering
* Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query
* Strong analytical capability and exceptional attention to detail
* A driven, ambitious, and eager-to-learn attitude
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred
