Administrative Support Specialist
This is a 6-month contract role for an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality support services.
The successful candidate will provide executive and secretarial support, including coordinating appointments, meetings, travel, conferences, and seminars.
They will review and track incoming correspondence, provide support in financial administration, and assist with the testing of business systems.
The ideal candidate will have broad experience in providing administrative, financial, and related support services.
They will need good organisational skills, intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
