Responsibilities:
1. Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs
2. Surprise and delight customers with consistent, delicious food
3. Ensure fresh and appealing displays by keeping cases and shelves clean and well-stocked
4. Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
5. Stock and clean shelves, frozen, and dairy cases
6. Maintain back stock in good order
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment
8. Assist with food sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
9. Follow and comply with all health and safety procedures
The right person:
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, willing to engage with customers
- Team player, with good coordination skills, as teamwork is essential for success
- Flexible availability, as the shop operates across 7 days
