Onsite Property Manager - BIG Salary - Lifestyle Role
Nestled on the beautiful waterfront of Smith's Lake, NSW, is a small range of holiday rentals enjoyed by guests throughout the year. Aside from the peaceful and idyllic surroundings, this role offers a high level of autonomy, with simple guest check-in processes and plenty to see and experience nearby.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced property manager to run the onsite management of waterfront holiday accommodation. This role comes with options depending on which duties you would like to take charge of yourself, and which you would prefer to contract out.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing Holiday bookings (systems include booking.com Air B&B, direct via website, phone and email)
* Handling guest enquiries
* Cleaning accommodation for check ins/check outs
* Managing general upkeep of the site including: mowing lawns, weeding, maintaining common areas, cleaning barbeques and tables
* Basic handy worker duties such as: replacing bulbs, mending flyscreens, fixing whipper snipper/mower, replacing washing machine parts etc...
* Collecting deposits and rental income and providing receipts
* Obtaining quotes for minor and major repairs from Trades
* Attend Committee meetings when required
Requirements
* Restricted Onsite Residential Property Management Licence for NSW
* Or a Class 1 Real Estate Licence
* Or if you hold a Class 2 licence - you can upgrade with just a few additional modules
* Minimum of 2 years experience in short term/holiday accommodation, real estate portfolio management or onsite building management
* Must have a valid drivers licence and vehicle
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach
