Unidex Healthcare are urgently recruiting Russian Speaking Personal Care Assistants to work within the aged care sector.

Your primary goal is to enhance the lives of those they serve by offering tailored support and services. As a valued member of their team, you'll join a agile community-driven group dedicated to the well-being of thier residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Offering personal assistance to support residents in their daily activities and lifestyles.
Administer nutrition and hydration to residents promptly.
Guarantee that residents receive their daily care with respect and dignity.
Maintain transparent and exact documentation of daily care and observations, adhering to Residential Care Standards.
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate completion of assessment records.
What we need you to have:
Fluency in Russian language is highly desirable
Immediate Availability
Access to your own vehicle
Possession of a Victorian Driver's License
Certificate 3 in Individual Support or Cert IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) or 1 year equivalent of Bachelor or Diploma of Nursing (essential)
Current National Police Clearance.
Current Blue Card/Working with Children Check.
Current Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening.
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module and NDIS Support Effective Communication Module.
Demonstrated reliability, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
Two current references are required.
