Senior Interior Designer (Head of Interiors)
We are a Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio with over 15 years of experience across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Our work is design-driven, collaborative and grounded in long-term client relationships. As our studio continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role within our design team.

The Role
This is an opportunity for an experienced designer who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and genuine creative input — someone who wants to shape projects from concept through to delivery while working alongside a close-knit team of architects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading interior design projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
* Developing strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
* Preparing presentations and material boards including digital presentations for clients
* Producing drawings throughout design and documentation phases, working through design options and detailing CAD and Revit drawings and schedules
* Contributing to material and FFE selections and sourcing including library organization
* Manage deadlines and ensure projects are delivered within budget and to a high standard
About You
* 8+ years' post-graduate experience in interior design, ideally within an architectural or multidisciplinary studio
* Proven project leadership, client management and design management experience
* Strong design leadership skills with the ability to guide projects and influence outcomes
* Exceptional presentation and communication skills; visual, verbal, and written
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
* A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead when required
* Comfortable working autonomously while valuing collaboration
* Experienced across residential and commercial interiors
* Highly organised, proactive and thoughtful in your approach to design and delivery
