This role is ideal for a candidate with formal accounting qualifications and relevant experience in not-for-profit or regulated sector governance.
The successful applicant will provide strong financial leadership, contribute meaningfully to board-level discussions, and demonstrate a commitment to our organisation's values.
We are seeking an individual who can:
* Provide sound financial guidance and support the development of strategic plans;
* Contribute to audit and risk matters, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations;
* Act with professionalism, integrity, and a clear alignment to our organisational values.
Prior governance experience is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant will commit to the duties outlined in our Constitution, Board Position Description, and relevant policies.

Key Details
