* Oversees project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet technical, safety, and environmental standards.
* Cultivates a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
* Promotes cross-functional collaboration for high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.

Essential qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Current Driver Licence.
* White Card.
Desirable qualifications include:
* Experience in delivery of capital projects in a local government environment.
* Additional studies in business, finance, urban planning, and/or management.
