Supply & Logistics Coordinator - International Operations

This is a roaming international role moving between multiple sites.
Responsibilities
* Ensure site-based heads of department and end users have appropriate Pronto (ERP) access and training to enable direct entry of requisitions.
* Assist with the establishment of warehouse and laydown areas at site, including the creation of stock sheets and inventory control processes.
* Train local supply and logistics personnel to ensure full adherence to the Pronto goods receipt and purchase-to-pay process.
* Ensure all site-based logistics staff maintain accurate records of physical receipt of goods to meet internal audit and traceability requirements.
* Conduct periodic stock audits as directed by the Group Logistics team and assist with inventory management and reconciliation activities.
* Support new site mobilisation activities, including supplier setup, order processing, and coordination of physical pack/unpack operations to ensure site readiness.
* Assist with end-of-contract demobilisation, including documentation, packing, and loading, ensuring compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.
* Support the head office offshore purchasing function via the shared offshore purchasing queue, ensuring accurate and timely processing of site requisitions.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supply, logistics, or site administration (mining, construction, or resources sector preferred).
* Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Pronto.
* Solid understanding of purchasing, goods receipting, and inventory control processes.
* Proven ability to train, mentor, and support site-based logistics personnel.
* Adaptability to deal with multi-cultural environments.
* Familiarity with international freight forwarding and customs requirements desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of safe manual handling practices and WHS regulations.
