OUR TEAM'S STRENGTH COMES FROM EVERYONE'S INDIVIDUALITY
About you:
* 5+ years' experience in software testing
* Strong experience in web application testing
* Extensive experience developing and executing manual test plans
* Current knowledge of agile development practices
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
Bonus points for:
* ISTQB certifications (CTFL, Agile Tester)
* Experience with automation testing
DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT
Position responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Review and analyse requirements, providing feedback to stakeholders
* Design and execute functional, integration, usability, exploratory, and regression testing
* Create test plans, test cases, and test data
* Manage defects effectively and compile evidence
* Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
* Participate in planning and estimation meetings
* Mentor colleagues and share knowledge
* Influence all aspects of the software development lifecycle
