Role: Accounts & Admin Assistant
Location: Inner West Sydney
Salary: Up to $65k + Super
Design & Build have partnered with an Australian EPC company working across energy transmission and distribution projects nationally.
We're proud to say we've successfully hired multiple team members into this growing energy business.
To support their ongoing expansion, the Finance and Administration Manager is now looking for a proactive Accounts & Admin Assistant to work with them on day-to-day finance tasks and assist with general office operations - no day will be the same
This is a supporting role and perfect for someone at the start of their career who's looking to grow in the ever-evolving renewable energy sector.

As a Accounts & Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
* Support client invoicing and payment claims
* Reconcile credit card and bank transactions
* Support monthly reporting using tools like JET Reports and Microsoft Business Central
* Assist with expense management
* Help coordinate travel bookings, office supplies, and supplier relationships (cleaners, IT, etc.)
* Identify ways to improve systems and processes where possible
What Experience can you bring?
* Experience in bookkeeping, accounts assistance, or finance admin
* Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and intermediate Excel skills
* Tech-savvy, Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
* Proactive and comfortable working independently and in a small team
* No formal degree required but qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting are a bonus
