We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our supportive aged care team. This role involves working across multiple sites within the Northern NSW region, with a company vehicle provided for all work-related travel.
You'll enjoy flexible hours, no on‑call requirements, and potential work‑from‑home options for certain tasks.
$70‑$79 per hr | FT and PT Opportunities available
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical support and guidance to Registered Nurses (RNs)
* Triage referrals
* Conduct comprehensive health assessments
* Prescribe medications and treatments in line with best practice
* Monitor and manage patient deterioration
* Maintain aged care interactions and manage rebates
* Complete claims and documentation using the Healix system
* Work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Operations Lead
About You
* Experience working in aged care
* AHPRA Nurse Practitioner Registration
* Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
* Familiarity with the Healix system (advantageous but not essential)
