**Who are we looking for?**
Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Timetabling Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Science, Academic Division.
The Timetabling Officer works within a team environment and is responsible for all timetabling and class allocation activities across the faculty. To be successful, the applicant will have above average data management skills, including Excel and ideally will have had some experience with timetabling and student management software packages.

**Selection Criteria**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in conjunction with relevant work related experience, preferably in an academic/student administration role.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels of the organisation, including students, academic and professional staff, and senior administrators.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment as well as function independently with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying process improvement opportunities and working with others to deliver process improvement outcomes.
