The Company:
This reputable property group has a diversified portfolio right across Australia. They currently require a proactive Property Assistant with a strong focus on accounts to join their team at one of their Premium shopping centres.
The Role:
An opportunity has come up for an experienced administrator to join this bustling shopping centre, management team! The role will see you reporting to the Centre Manager, and assist with all administrative functions in the Management of the shopping centre.
Your duties will include:
4. Process workflows
5. Maintain necessary databases
6. Perform account reconciliations
7. Building strong relationships with both internal & external parties
8. Complete the Monthly Rent Roll process (process and issue tenant invoices)
9. Raise monthly charges
10. Start of day/end of day procedure with customer service desk
11. Reconciliation and banking of gift cards
12. Assist in the rental arrears collection process
13. when necessary assist with the day-to-day operation of centre rent collections
14. Maintain insurance certificate register
15. ad hoc accounts assistance
The Ideal Candidate:
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Previous experience in a similar finance/ accounts/ administration role
18. Experience in Retail / Shopping Centres, favourable but not essential
19. An enthusiastic and resourceful professional that possess a "can do" attitude
