* Lead and motivate a high-performing team through ongoing change.
About you
You're a commercially astute and strategically minded leader who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments. You can absorb and interpret intricate frameworks, adapt to change, and apply sound judgement in unprecedented situations. Your credibility with senior stakeholders is matched by your ability to make regulation relevant and accessible across the wider business.
You will bring:
* 5+ years' senior leadership experience, ideally in the energy or other regulated utility sectors.
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Economics, or Engineering—or equivalent high-level experience.
* Detailed knowledge of economic regulation, pricing, and compliance.
* Experience leading large-scale, complex strategic initiatives.
* Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
* A proven track record of delivering regulatory and compliance strategies in challenging and changing environments.
