Print Room Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Print Room Manager to oversee the daily operations of our print room, which includes a range of Ricoh printers and copying devices. This is a full-time position during term time, with some flexibility required during holiday periods.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the School's printing requirements, including academic literature, marketing materials, and the School prospectus. They will also be expected to maintain the equipment, order supplies, and ensure that the printing process runs smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in ICT, particularly in a Windows environment, and have a good understanding of printing methods and software packages such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Beyond these essential skills, we would welcome applicants who have experience of graphic design, print management software, or similar.
Training will be provided in the use of the relevant copiers and printers, as well as the School's database system. The working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required during holiday periods.
