About this role
We're seeking a driven contracts professional to join our team in Wollongong. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to provide comprehensive contract support across all phases of construction projects.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and manage contracts, subcontracts, POs and variations.
* Coordinate tenders, RFIs and project documentation.
* Support claims, payments, financial reporting and compliance.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and regulators.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Mentor and support junior staff.
Required skills and qualifications
* 3–5 years' experience in contract administration in construction.
* Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement and project financials.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in Procore and MS Office.
* Organised, detail-focused and proactive.
