We are seeking an experienced and driven Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant on the NSW Central Coast. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is committed to building strong teams, delivering great customer experiences, and achieving consistent commercial results. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing, engaged workforce Recruit, onboard, train, and retain staff in line with company standards Monitor and manage budgets, labour costs, food costs, and stock control Analyse and report on operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and company policies at all times Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve issues proactively About You Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within the fast food/QSR industry Proven ability to manage high-volume operations Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing staff Experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting Confident using data, metrics, and reporting tools to drive decision-making Highly organised, reliable, and results-focused Willing to commit to a minimum 3-year tenure To apply online, please click on the apply button.
