* Ensure the evolution and matching of Research Unit capability within the organization
* Foster productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Drive sustainability and growth through strategic leadership and decision-making
About You
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in science, agriculture, and/or food (or a related discipline)
* Demonstrated experience in applied research and development in the agriculture and/or food sectors
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
