As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
* Manage appointments and schedule efficiently to ensure smooth operations
* Handle phone inquiries and respond to client queries in a timely and accurate manner
* Process payments and maintain accurate records to ensure financial transparency
* Support the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care by providing administrative support and coordinating with colleagues as needed


Requirements

* Excellent communication and multitasking skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary setting, to understand the unique demands of the role
* A warm and professional demeanor to provide a positive experience for clients and their pets
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new systems and procedures as needed
