About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced KFC restaurant environment. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant General Manager in creating a positive work environment for all Team Members.
* Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and ensuring that all customers receive a quality dining experience.
* Maintain high levels of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with menu offerings and promotions.
* Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
* Manage employee performance, providing coaching and guidance to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Proven ability to engage, lead, and motivate Team Members.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
* A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
* Candidates must have competent computer skills and be proficient in using technology to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
