In this role, you'll leverage your skills in analytics, conversion tracking, UTM implementation, data feeds, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor to deliver efficient, high-impact campaigns. Experience with SA360, GA4, and programmatic advertising is highly regarded.
This is a strategic B2B lead generation role within a fast-growing team transitioning from agency to in-house. You'll operate in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with significant commercial potential, particularly in the Australian market. Your contributions will be highly visible, recognised by senior leadership, and instrumental in shaping the future of our paid media function.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 4 years' experience managing paid media campaigns across search, display, and social channels
* Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies, manage budgets, and deliver measurable ROI and KPIs
* Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital tools
* Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and full-funnel campaign execution
* Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting performance data and driving optimisation
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy and Execution
* Develop and implement paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
* Write compelling ad copy and optimise creative assets to meet performance benchmarks
* Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting
Performance Optimisation
* Monitor campaign performance and conduct A/B testing across ads and landing pagesApply data-driven insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform competitor analysis to safeguard market share and identify growth opportunities
Budget Management
* Assist in budget planning and daily pacing
* Reallocate spend strategically to maximise campaign performance
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Partner with the Paid Media Manager, brand, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment
* Communicate performance insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
* Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
* Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
