Group Sales Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Group Sales Operations Manager to lead and elevate our front-end operations. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and the Executive team, to sharpen processes, insights, and systems behind our sales engine.
* Drive strategic initiatives aimed at boosting profitability by working closely with Leadership teams.
* Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics to drive performance visibility and accountability.
* Develop and implement CRM governance, reporting standards, and data accuracy to enhance business decisions.
* Identify operational gaps and deliver scalable solutions to improve productivity.
* Manage key sales projects and support change management across the group.
* Analyse performance data and present findings to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
* Mentor and guide a high-performing front-end team.
