About the role
* Deliver high-quality personal care with compassion and respect
* Encourage independence and support residents' daily living

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in a team, and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
What you'll bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Carer or House Companion
* Must have a Medication Endorsement by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
* Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (NDIS endorsed)
* National Police Check (within the past 12 months)
* Full working rights in Australia
