ICT Management Position
The ideal candidate will provide ICT management services to our federal government client in Canberra.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate stock replenishments and maintain accurate inventory records with the help of a team.
* Handle urgent dispatch requests and equipment returns, especially for remote and ministerial offices.
* Utilize ServiceNow for asset tracking workflows, transfer orders, dashboard creation, and incident resolution.
* Liaise with users to manage tasks, incidents, and resolution outcomes within ServiceNow.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset tracking and workflow management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
